But when Todd emerges from the shower, he’s forced to cover, making out he’s just back from London and the cut on his head is the result of a drunken afternoon. Will Dev buy his story? As he returns from his run in agony, Christina takes him in for a cuppa. As a watching Theo’s face darkens, will Todd open up to Christina?
As Theo shows Todd the exercise bike he’s bought for him, a passing Billy and Summer notice the cut on Todd’s face. Theo quickly explains that Todd injured himself whilst partying in London. Billy’s not convinced. Todd’s trying out the bike when Danielle arrives, explaining that she’s taking the kids to Tenerife for Christmas. Todd’s horrified, expecting Theo to be furious, but when he walks in Theo backs up Danielle. Theo checks his fitness app and berates Todd for only doing one sprint. When he then tries to blame Todd for Danielle’s decision, Todd loses it. Declaring he can’t take anymore, Todd prepares to leave. But when Theo starts slapping himself in the face, Todd’s stunned.
