George Urquhart George Urquhart
George was Chairman of Weatherfield Council Planning Committee which considered naming a building or road in Weatherfield after Alf Roberts OBE.
In 1998 he hinted to Alf that there might be a Council "fact-finding tour" (ie freebie) to Legarno in Switzerland, as they were building something similar to Weatherfield's Red Rec Millennium Bowl.
